Northeast Wisconsin Health Value Network (NEWHVN) is a network of providers that covers 12 counties. Two major health systems, Bellin Health and ThedaCare; seven major healthcare facilities; and nearly 630 physicians make up the network.

NEWHVN was formed in early 2008 to bring a unique high-quality product to Northeast Wisconsin. Members of NEWHVN have come together to create value through quality improvement, efficiency of care provided and an approach which emphasizes life long health. Our physicians have a strong history of working together to greatly improve quality through a formerly owned health plan, Touchpoint. They instituted disease management processes and preventive systems to earn #1 ranking in the nation from National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) based on HEDIS scores. After the sale of Touchpoint, the network desired to continue to work on becoming world-class clinical quality leaders, and created the NEWHVN organization.
